GMTTC coaching cancellation policy

 

A parent/student can cancel the coaching session 3 hours before it starts. Since this coaching session is a fixed schedule, we assume that the student is going unless a cancellation notice was sent. If a session is cancelled before the deadline, reschedule of the session is possible. If cancellation is done after the deadline the coaching session will be considered used for that day. This policy is effective immediately for all coaching activities.
